We're excited to announce a new and revised set of plans and pricing for small but mighty organizations. Our plans are now designed to meet the needs of a broader set of small businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

The plans are all live effective today and we'll gradually be migrating existing customers over to the new plan structure. We're happy that each plan offers more value and more powerful features compared to the previous options.

We now offer three plans: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each plan is progressively more powerful for your small but mighty organization. Please find a quick summary of the plans below:

Bronze

Bronze is our entry level plan and includes just enough features to put some pep in the step of your team. The Daily Reporting features draws from the success of Agile software development as a way to keep your team in sync and find opportunities for collaboration.

This is further supported by the Thanks feature, which allows members of your team to loudly give praise where praise is due! It is a lightweight process that makes celebrating your colleagues fun and engaging.

The last cornerstone of Bronze is the Team Directory. Don't be confused, it isn't your ordinary directory. The Team Directory supports reporting structures, organizational hierarchies and links to all of the important places in your member's lives. This includes things like GitHub, LinkedIn, their Human User Guide and Daily Journal.

Each of the above features are supported with optional integrations to Slack and Google. Slack is used to keep the team informed as new information is added, thanks are given and daily reports are posted. Google offers a convenient authentication platform and many more integrations with the Silver and Gold plans.

Silver

Silver includes everything from Bronze, and brings in two huge features in Goals and Courses.

The Goals feature is at the heart of Peachy and all small but mighty organizations. The Goal framework includes overall organization objectives, with distinct goal cycles where team members can then introduce well aligned goals. A support framework and workflow is built-in to ensure that each member of the team has the highest level of success in achieving their goals and boosting the output of your organization.

Goals are complimented with the Calendar overview feature which clearly outlines important dates for Goals, Milestones and Steps.

Courses include both the ability to curate and publish traditional courses as well as a learning log where individuals can openly track all of their learning investments. Both aspects are lightweight and easy to use. Courses can be built in minutes and the learning log can record a new entry in seconds.

Gold

Gold brings all of the amazing features included in Bronze and Silver as well as managerial features to help offload admin burden from your leadership team.

The Meetings feature offers a set of tools to skyrocket the productivity of your organization. Explicit agendas, action items with due dates, follow-ups and an automated assistant to make sure you aren't forgetting anything! Meetings won't be the same after Peachy.

Asset Management brings just enough functionality to track any types of assets across your organization. It also includes the ability to have members sign asset agreements as part of the assignment process. Never again worry about who has what serial number or what assets are coming due for replacement.

Checklists are the best version of business process automation for small businesses. Custom checklists can be created, assigned to individuals for completion or completed on their behalf. Onboarding, off-boarding, performance reviews and anything in-between will be streamlined forever. It saves management time, it saves team members time and it does a thorough job of it.

Onward!

We're excited to be sharing this news and we are even more excited to continue to build features that give small organizations super powers. Be it a small marketing agency, design company or a tech team, Peachy brings just enough to give you superpowers without being a burden.
